We have three ways of investing to financially reset your Church, but first and foremost for your reset to be considered, you must acknowledge belief in the One True God; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
“This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.“ 1 John 4:2-3 NIV
GRANTS are provided when your congregation lacks the financial ability to support the Church. This is typically found in low income neighborhoods where federal and local government assistance programs dominate. We applaud Pastors who seek secondary sources of income in order to generate the necessary funds to keep the maintenance of the Church going (roofs, windows, chairs, furnaces etc). We are here to help your Church.
CASH INVESTMENTS are how we fund growing Churches who are encountering road blocks in accessing loans from traditional sources (banks, credit unions etc). There will be a lien on your asset until the investment is returned. This is not a loan therefore you only return the investment amount without interest.
JOINT VENTURE is for Churches who are attempting to set up a for-profit business to generate the necessary funds to keep the Church afloat (filling the gap when tithing and offering come short). With this funding however, a percentage of ownership is required. This allows us to monitor the use of funds. There will be a lien on the asset to protect our interest. If the funds are not being utilized as intended we will sell the business and terminate the Joint Venture.
